All the prices in our catalogue are shown without VAT and no shipment cost in Euros.
The references, products and tariffs included on this web site are given only as an indication and are not legally binding.
PAYMENT
Payment, with order, can be made either by debit or credit card (your details being kept private by the SSL security system). You can place an order by filling in the on-line order form or by printing it out and sending it to the address below.
For further information concerning the delivery of our goods, we will contact you to agree a date of dispatch.
VALIDATION OF AN ORDER
Once the last "click to accept" has been made, the order is considered irrevocable and cannot be cancelled except under the strictly limited conditions described below.
An e-mailed confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been recorded. Saving and/or printing out this confirmation constitutes proof of your order which we recommend you to preserve.
The last "click to accept" ranks as a written signature as defined by the Spanish Civil Code.
By sending your order form, you authorize “Climashop" to debit your account with the full amount due for your order.
The order will be validated only after the transaction has been authorized by the bank issuing your card.
We will send you a receipt by post and will confirm a delivery date.
Our company cannot accept orders received from those countries which forbid the direct shipment of products to private individuals.
The real product appearance may not match 100% with the displayed image. The product can be modified in appearance and / or packaging without previous notice.
SHIPPING COSTS
ALL GOODS ARE SENT CARRIAGE PAID IN SPAIN AND ABROAD.
These costs are calculated automatically and are explicitly added to your order form. Please consult us if you require further details.
DELIVERY
Goods ordered from the company are sent "EXPRESS". The usual maximum delay is 8 (eight) working days in Spain or 15 days abroad from the day the purchaser's banking details have been validated.
We insure the merchandise as far as the delivery address, but we cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control such as absence of the addressee or an error in the name given, faulty address, or temporary unavailability of stock, etc. It is the addressee's responsibility to point out any shortcomings or errors in the delivery when the goods are received.
RETURNS
The customer has a limit of 7 working days to return, at own cost, any product he do not wish to keep. This period starts at the customer order reception day and if the 7 day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday it is prolonged to the next working day.
The date of any eventual return must be notified in advance by the customer by email to “aftersales@climashop.es". A return number will then be issued to the goods. The products must be returned by registered carriage to “Climashop", Calle Liceo Politécnico 8 - 03160 Almoradí (Alicante) Spain. For the customer to benefit from any refund, all cases of pre-paid products, specially food and drinks must have remained unopened. Only those products returned in their unopened original packaging, intact and in condition for resale, will be accepted.
Any product returned damaged or in damaged packaging or in non-original packaging will not be reimbursed or exchanged.
This right of retraction is without penalty excepting any and all costs of return. In case of any eventual retraction under the above conditions the customer has the right to demand the reimbursement of the cost of the returned goods or their replacement. In case of replacement, the shipment costs will be carried by the customer.
In case of reimbursement, “Climashop” will make all effort to reimburse within 15 days.
JURISDICTION
This agreement will in all respects be subject to and construed according to the laws of Spain and any litigation in respect of any dispute thereunder shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Alicante (Spain) courts.
